Backstreet Boys Boycott BP

While I support measures to inflict pain on an organization that clearly cut corners and now is trying to skirt responsibility for an environmental disaster, I couldn’t help but laugh at the first line to a press release I recently received in my inbox:

The Backstreet Boys join popular hard rock band KORN to boycott the purchase of BP oil.

Thank God.  If not Korn and the Backstreet Boys, then who?  I assume Carson Daley is somewhere around the corner waiting to be the spokesman for this group of 90′s survivors who are going to save the world, 15 years after their fans grew too old to care about their horrible music.

Haha – I almost posted this myself when I saw it earlier

What I want to know is, where does Limp Bizkit stand on this issue?

  2. Backstreet boys is a very popular band during my teenage years, they are great performers too.”-,
