The Anonymous Choir is a collective of ladies, led by Nona Marie of Dark Dark Dark, who have been playing and recording their forlorn, minimalist (piano + voices) versions of classic songs over the course of the last year. While they have covered some well-loved artists (Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, etc) on their previous tapes, the group have gone all in on their latest tape with songwriting royalty Leonard Cohen. You can see the tracklist below, along with being able to stream both sides of the tape, but know it is a hauntingly beautiful, meditative take on songs that already have those attributes in spades.
