I don’t think anyone ever questioned whether Peter Tosh (or any of the Wailers) felt about legalizing marijuana, but just in case you were confused, the Peter Tosh estate issued the above video. While our local readers don’t have any say in this issue, the state of California votes today on Proposition 19, which would legalize pot in the biggest state in our union.
