Arcwelder

Arcwelder is a punk rock band from Minneapolis, made up of brothers Bill and Rob Graber and Scott Macdonald, who all share songwriting and singing. Under their original name, Tilt-A-Whirl, they released their first album, This, on the Minneapolis label Big Money, Inc. in 1990. The company that makes the Tilt-A-Whirl ride sued them for trademark infringement, and instead of fighting it in court, they renamed themselves after an instrumental track on the album. They moved to Chicago's Touch and Go Records in 1992 and released Pull, Xerxes (1994), Entropy (1996), and Everest (1999). In December 2023 they released "Take It Slow," their first new music in 24 years.
