Free Rare Black Tambourine Tracks
Slumberland put out a complete discography of the short-lived Washington DC fuzz pop Black Tambourine. Turns out they missed a few and are offering them for free on a bandcamp site. Fans of bands such as Vivian Girls and The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart take note, Black Tambourine perfected a similar sound back in 1989. While there are no new songs here, just alternate mixes, it’s a great introduction to a pioneering band. If you like this, pick up their complete discography from Slumberland.
