Woods “Out of the Eye”
Woods, who have been at the forefront of the pysch folk scene both by their Woodsist record label and their always great freak folk, are back with their new LP Sun and Shade. We already showed you the more gentle “Pushing Onlys,” but the band really stretch their legs with the mind bending “Out of the Eye,” which shows the “freak” side of “freak folk.” The band is returing to Minneapolis for a can’t miss show with Fresh and Onlys on July 18th at the 7th Street Entry. Sun and Shade drops June 14th.
