Stream: Radiator Girls’ New Album “Traumas”
I haven’t heard much from local trio Radiator Girls since seeing them for the first time opening for Ty Segall/Mikal Cronin, but I don’t remember them sounding like this. Despite for some reason being under the impression that these guys were all about beachy garage pop, their new album is full of a far more impressive variety of sounds, from ambient electronic mush to dissonant, distorted pop. I haven’t had time to spend a lot of time with it yet, but what I have heard thus far is definitely intriguing. Can’t wait to hear more of this as well as hear more from this band.
