Introducing
The fuzzy rock of Lazear
A new band that lands on the feedback heavy side of post-punk
Lazear are a new local band that create a wiry, metallic brand of noisy shoegaze post-punk. If that word salad doesn’t crystalize what the new group (featuring some scene vets) sounds like, luckily you are just one click below upon listening yourself! The first song the band has released, the noisy haze of “Rotunda,” is directly below. No word about future plans beyond this song, but the band have been popping up on local bills lately, so you catch their raucous, feedback-laden sound in a dive bar near year sometime soon, probably.
