Video: Greta Ruth’s “The Waves” / Debut Full Length Album Out Later This Month

We’re very pleased to announce that, after a string of excellent singles and EPs, local experimental songwriter Greta Ruth is going to be releasing her first full length album this Winter.  The Fawn will be released via Corrector Records on 1/29. 

Those not yet familiar with Ruth’s sound can anticipate calm, deliberate, and meditative music, likely constructed of spare finger-picked acoustic guitar and pensive, thoughtful lyricism.  It’s very healing music for a chaotic and turbulent world. We could likely all benefit from slowing down to listen and reflect.  You can get a taste of what’s to come in the video for “The Wave,” a wistful and earnest poem to a lover.
