Video: Fires of Denmark’s “Start Living Outside of Time” / New Album Out

Fires of Denmark is the long-running brainchild of local musician, Michael Terrill. Originally started with the goal in mind of creating “quiet dance music” FoD has evolved steadily over the past ten years.

The band’s latest record, Relativity, came out earlier this month and it features the single/video above “Start Living Outside of Time.” There isn’t much “quiet” about this sound any longer, especially the throbbing bass, crashing guitars, and heavy doses of reverb and distortion. Terrill’s lyrics aren’t more than a whisper but the stellar production quality makes certain he doesn’t get lost in the noise.
