Listen to the Outstanding Crescent Moon +Andrew Broder Collab Album Eulogy (RELEASE SHOW TONIGHT)

Minneapolis rapper Crescent Moon (Alexei Moon Casselle) and Andrew Broder are two of the best at what they do, so it is unsurprising that their late 2025 LP Eulogy is a total banger (and follows an excellent 2015 project from the pair). Spread across seven taut, simmering tracks, Moon Casselle’s rhymes capture the darkness and tensions of our time, and Broder’s canvasses are as muscular and cinematic as you’d expect.

Moon Casselle covers the feeling of world around us burning, with a specific emphasis on a student of his who was killed, showcasing his ability to capture the wide-lens abstract and the painful close up via his . As if often the case, Broder’s beats are at time minimalistic and at other times sweeping, including guest spots from de Von Russell Gray
and Davu Seru, who will join the release show tonight.

The record, linked below to stream and purchase, is worth your time to sit with. The duo is celebrating the album with a release show TONIGHT (Fri, April 17) at Berlin in the North Loop. It seems like it will be close to a one-off, so don’t miss out. Find more info HERE.
