Interpol

Interpol is a rock band from New York City, formed in 1997. The original lineup was Paul Banks (vocals, guitar), Daniel Kessler (guitar), Carlos Dengler (bass, keyboards), and Greg Drudy (drums), and Sam Fogarino replaced Drudy in 2000. In 2002 the band signed to Matador Records and released Turn On the Bright Lights. Their second album, Antics, came out two years later, and the band moved to Capitol Records for Our Love to Admire in 2007 before returning to Matador. Dengler left after the sessions for their self-titled 2010 album, and the band has continued as the trio of Banks, Kessler, and Fogarino.
