Warren Thomas Fenzi and his hand (whom we have covered previously as acronym “WTF”) recently took a stroll near the confluence of Father Hennepin Bluff Park and the Stone Arch Bridge, performing a handful of songs while being filmed in a style reminiscent of the La Blogothèque series.
