June Backyard Concert Series: Pollinate Your Subculture

As spring starts to give way to summer the local concert calendar really starts to kick into high gear. One installment we want to highlight is the Backyard Concert Series organized by local artist Justin Spenner. The series features 3 concerts, each in a different venue (though none in an actual backyard), spanning a slew of genres, including rap, classical, pop, metal, avant-garde, and more!  The whole series looks great but I’d especially highlight local legendary beatboxer Carnage the Executioner, local off-kilter pop favorites Larry Wish, as well as acid punks, Ice Climber.
