Bird Sounds is a local three-piece consisting of Matt Semke, Jason Zaborowski, and Charlie Smyrk. Known for a hard and noisy aesthetic, the band recorded their EP New at Old Blackberry Way studio under the guidance of Neil Weir, showcasing a refined yet energetic sound that balances wild punk and grunge sensibilities with musical restraint.
