Orlando’s The Band In Heaven describe themselves simply as shoegaze, but their sound fits somewhere between the dreamy drone of My Bloody Valentine, the squeals of the first album Jesus & Mary Chain, and the keyboard throb of Suicide. “A Tunnel Into Your Dreams” is made of synthesizers melting into tracks of pulsating guitar with echoing male vocals trading with female vocals straight out of all your favorite 90s shoegaze bands.
