American Cream

American Cream Band was formed by Twin Cities musician Nathan Nelson. The band plays improvised live shows and assembles its albums from those sessions. The lineup is a rotating cast of Twin Cities musicians, and the sound draws on psych and krautrock. Earlier records came out on Moon Glyph and Medium Sound. For their Quindi Records album Twin, Nelson brought ten musicians to Pachyderm Studio in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, in December 2021.
